Now I will introduce you to the handle production materials first : 1. webbing 2. bone core 3. plastic raw materials. And here comes the production process,
Automatic cutting machine cuts the webbing according to the length of the webbing required by the customers.
Place the bone core inside the webbing (the bone core is divided into two types of soft and hard, according to customer demand, free to choose)
The outer layer of the handle is injected and covered with plastic, after the injection is completed and the product is removed from the mold, the staff carries out the first check on the quality of the covered plastic , especially need to pay attention to the appearance of the color products.
Put the handles which have finished plastic coating into the seat injection molding machine and arrange them one by one to carry on the seat injection molding (base of the handle).
Injection molding is completed on the seat of the handle to wear screws on the position and the webbing, laser punching with the machine, and check the quality (according to customer demand, some customers need us to punch, some do not need)
6. The third quality inspection process, cut off the excess injection molding spout, check the overall appearance of the product is in line with quality requirements.
The above six steps is the whole process of our production handles, waiting for the staff to finish the product quality inspection, the next step is to pack and ship it.
